Vireo Growth Inc. has completed the acquisition of its 389,000 sq ft cannabis cultivation and production facility in Perth (Johnstown), New York, exercising a purchase option from its existing lease with Innovative Industrial Properties (IIP). The buyer entity, 256 County Route 117 Perth LLC, is a subsidiary of Vireo. The transaction converts Vireo's leasehold interest in the property to outright ownership.

Vireo Growth Inc. (CSE: VREO / OTCQX: VREOF) announced its intention to enter into a Securities Purchase Agreement to acquire all issued and outstanding membership interests of Bridgewell Agribusiness LLC, a supplier of organic and non-GMO food and agricultural products to manufacturers. The deal involves BWAB Holdings LLC as the seller. No financial terms were disclosed in the announcement.

Vireo Growth Inc. and FLUENT Corp. have entered into a definitive arrangement agreement under which Vireo will acquire all outstanding common shares of FLUENT in an all-stock transaction. The deal involves conversion of FLUENT's proportionate voting shares and non-voting exchangeable shares into Vireo shares. Both companies are multi-state cannabis operators listed on the CSE and OTC markets.
