IQM Finland Oy and SPAC Real Asset Acquisition Corp. (RAAQ) announced an upsized PIPE financing to $146 million, following an additional commitment from Finnish pension insurer Ilmarinen on top of the previously announced $134 million PIPE. The proceeds will be used to accelerate IQM's technology and commercial development toward fault-tolerant quantum computing. This funding is tied to the previously announced business combination between IQM and RAAQ.
