Standard BioTools and Treeline Biosciences have announced a definitive merger agreement, with the combined company to operate under the Treeline Biosciences name. The merged entity will focus on advancing a pipeline that includes small molecule inhibitors, protein degraders, and targeted therapy antibody-drug conjugates. Labrador Gold Corp. has signed an option agreement dated May 8, 2026 with Pacific Ridge Exploration Ltd. to acquire a 100% interest in the Mariposa and Eureka Dome gold projects located in the White Gold District, Yukon Territory. The deal gives Labrador Gold the right to earn into two gold exploration properties from Pacific Ridge. No financial terms of the option agreement were disclosed in the announcement.
