Rongcheng Group Limited has entered into a definitive Agreement and Plan of Merger with GalaxyEdge Acquisition Corporation (NYSE: GLED), a SPAC. Under the deal, Rongcheng will become a wholly owned subsidiary of GalaxyEdge's subsidiary, with the combined entity surviving as the publicly traded company.
